Zorithm Technologies is a Ghaziabad-based technology company on a mission to make world-class digital engineering accessible — to startups, to enterprises, and to the next generation of developers through Zorithm Academy.
From Two Desks to a Full Team
Zorithm was born out of a simple frustration: too many small and mid-size businesses were being underserved by agencies that overpromised and under-engineered. We started with two engineers, a shared desk, and a commitment to doing the opposite.
We built the company on referrals — which meant every project had to be good enough that the client would recommend us to someone they cared about. That pressure shaped our culture more than any process document ever could.
In 2022, we launched Zorithm Academy after noticing that too many talented students were graduating without the practical skills that industry actually needs. Today the Academy trains hundreds of students a year in real-world development — and feeds directly into our own hiring pipeline.
We're now transitioning to a product-first company while continuing to serve our enterprise clients. The next chapter is the most ambitious one yet.
Zorithm Technologies LLP was established in Ghaziabad with a mission to deliver enterprise-quality engineering to startups and growing businesses.
Rapidly scaled to serve 10 clients across fintech, edtech, and e-commerce — building a reputation for on-time, no-surprise delivery.
Opened our training division to bridge the skills gap in the Indian tech industry — training students in full-stack development and trending technologies.
Began transitioning from service-only to a product-first company, building proprietary SaaS products while continuing to serve enterprise clients.
Launched this new platform to reflect our expanded capabilities and vision. 120+ projects delivered, 80+ happy clients, and growing fast.
